This was a great Halloween party that I went to with a bunch of my friends, everyone was dressed up! It was such a great night!

It wouldn't be Halloween without pumpkin carving! This picture is from last year, mine was the one in the middle.

And lastly it wouldn't be Halloween without my Blythe in her handmade pumpkin outfit! I think next year I'm going to make her a new costume, maybe a cute with or zombie?!

I absolutely love Halloween! I'm busy with birthdays this weekend so sadly won't be able to celebrate it much.

I'm out for a friends Birthday tonight so will try my best to do an OOTN!

Primark Haul

Hi Dolls, Today I popped into Primark and got a few winter pieces, I'm very pleased with what I found so I thought I'd share...

I saw this gorgeously soft hounds tooth throw a while ago and decided to get it today, It cost £5! The picture doesn't show how gorgeous it is, I can't wait to snuggle in it!

I desperately needed a new jumper & saw this one for £8 It's very soft and looks great with grey, black or dark denim jeans!

Next up are these grey jeggings £8 which look fab with the jumper!

I also got this grey cami £1.80! It's a lovely material and will work great with the jeggings with a chunky cardigan.

This top is so comfortable! It was £6 I love the colour and the fabric, this will look great with dark blue skinny jeans and is also a great transition piece through all seasons!

Lastly I got these adorable Christmas pj shorts! £3I love them! I'm a sucker for anything Christmas themed, especially if it has a reindeer or gingerbread men theme! Can't wait to wear these while drinking my hot chocolate!

New Makeup!

Hi Dolls, So today I popped into Superdrug to buy hair gel! I know it sounds so eighties! But I'll get to that in a while...

I've been stalking the Garnier B.B cream for a while but just couldn't bring myself to buy it, I think it's because when I've tested it, it doesn't give enough coverage! I find this odd as it's a blemish balm!
Anyways I was looking at it because now it's colder here I'm finding foundation a little drying for everyday so I wanted to try something to brighten & cover rather than being dull & matte...then I found this...



It was in the sale too! It's Nivea tinted moisturiser in Natural, it claims to moisturise & evens skin tone for a healthy-looking complexion, with light-reflecting pigments & vitamin E.
I tested it on my hand & the coverage was so much better! Can't wait to try this!

Now back to the hair dillema! Since I've had my hair cut, split ends chopped off I find my hair doesn't hold styles e.g curls like it used to, so I decided a gel would be best as it's so strong, then I saw this...

Salt Spray! With a cool matt finish for rough and ready beach bum styles. Perfect! I know it's not gel but it sounds perfect for the look that I want to achieve, I love Kirsten Wiigs hair in Bridesmaids...messy but cute... Will try and recreate this look at the weekend!

Next up is this pretty matt pink lipstick by beautyUK in shade 3 snob, it is identical to Revlons pink pout which I wanted but half the price!

Next up is MUA eyebrow pencil in Brunette, this is a little dark so I need to be extra light handed, will be testing this at the weekend too!

I like that it comes with the little grooming brush on the other end!

So I went in to get hair gel and came out with that little bundle! I can't wait to test them all and get back to you with my reviews!

Mollie King Style...

Hi Cupcakes, I'm a huge fan of the girl group The Saturdays, I like there songs and style and they seem really genuine and up for a laugh which is nice to see!

Mollie King just recently presented the Radio 1 teen awards and she wore this cute green dress below, I love her suede nude boots too!
I picked out some other pretty dresses she's worn recently for inspiration...

Love this dress, such pretty colours & like me she is a fan of the tan belt & shoes!

Adore the little bag!

Love this stripey dress, perfect for Summer! I personally would of gone for a tan or mustard clutch with this outfit though.

I'm sure I will be doing a Saturdays style post again!

5 minute face...

Hi Cupcakes, I haven't done a beauty related post in a while so thought I'd pop one out today! Ha!
This morning I was running late, I haven't been sleeping well at all recently so left it to the very last minute before I rushed out of bed, I noticed I finished my makeup in about 5 minutes and knew what items to pick out without even looking!
So these are my "go to" gems when I'm in a rush or just feeling the "basic" look...

Collection 2000 Lasting Perfection foundation shade 4 Natural Beige, Love this, will definitely repurchase when it's run out! VICHY High coverage concealer, love this also! NYC Smooth skin face powder Naturally beige, I'm really impressed with this! & QVS powder brush from Superdrug.

NYC showtime mascara in black, this is great for bottom lashes but not enough for full lashes at the top which I like, Maybelline colossal in black, didn't like this, it smudged easily on me and dries up quickly! Will not be buying another but I'm using the last of it to go over the top lashes.

NYC lip stain in 498 berry long time love, love, love this! It smells like apples, gives a gorgeous colour, the exact colour of the pen! doesn't last the 16hr it says it does but I will repurchase again!
Rimmel mousse bronzer in 003 deep glow...I'm sure you all know how much I love this by now! :)

So there you have it! My 5minute makeup routine...do you find yourselves grabbing the same items when your rushed?

Hi Cupcakes, I've just recently got my baking mojo back and googled some pretty pictures for inspiration!
I've picked three treats that I'm going to make over the next couple of weeks, I'm going to make the yummy rocky road treats below this weekend, I will be sure to share my recipes & pictures with you all!
